About Charles

I have been selling throughout the Louisville metro since 1988. I was a first responder for 39 years, ( volunteer firefighter 9 years, Jefferson County Police/ EMS 5 years, then Jefferson County/ Louisville Metro EMS for 25 years as an E.M.T.)

While working my other jobs I still sold 12 to 15 houses a year, and I retired from Louisville EMS in 2013 and have been full time realtor ever since. I love helping buyer with their dreams of buying a home so I obtained my ABR ( Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation. I'm also part of the relocation team here at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Parks & Weisberg. With my experience as a first responder, and my son joining the Kentucky Army National Guard in 2015 I odtained MRP ( Military Relocation Professional) designation. I work with the mitilary, active & retired around the Fort Knox area. I joined the HKAR, ( Heart of Kentucky Realtors) which covers Meade, Hardin, Nelson Counties, as well as the GLAR ( Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.

I have been married since 1982 and have 3 grown children and 1 grandchild. I'm active in my church and volunteer one day a week at a food pantry. I still teach First Aid/ CPR and enjoy helping people learn how to save a life!
